Where your people actually are
We calibrate to your teams, whether they have never opened an AI tool or have been experimenting for a year. Nobody sits through material they have outgrown.
The same hands-on workshop we have run inside GCC enterprises for the past year, now open to Lebanese organizations for the first time. Shaped around your teams, your tools and your infrastructure. 6 spots a month, application only.
The real problem
You approved the budget. You bought the licences. You ran the pilot everyone was excited about. And your people went back to working exactly the way they always have.
Your teams do not resist AI. They resist AI that does not fit how they work.
If this sounds familiar
If your managers still approve everything by hand, if the licences you are paying for sit unused, if the pilot quietly died after the third week, you are not behind.
You are where most organizations are right now. Most AI rollouts start loud and then go quiet, not because your people are resistant, but because nobody showed them what AI should do inside their actual job, in the right order.
Delivered inside enterprise organizations across the GCC.

Built around your organization
We calibrate to your teams, whether they have never opened an AI tool or have been experimenting for a year. Nobody sits through material they have outgrown.
We build the sessions around what your teams open every morning, not around demos on platforms you will never buy.
Nothing we teach dies on contact with your IT constraints, because we scope it against your infrastructure before we build it.
If everything routes through three approvals, your teams need a different answer than a company where people ship on their own call. We teach to yours.
The curriculum is proven. The workshop is yours.
How your workshop comes together
Your teams' current level, the tools they use every day, and what your infrastructure will actually allow.
The curriculum gets rebuilt around your workflows and the way your people make decisions.
Hands-on sessions inside your real tools, delivered by the engineers who build AI systems for a living.
You are not booking a public seminar or a presentation deck. You are booking the same enterprise workshop format we deliver across the region, built for you.

Fit
Who you will be working with
Gaiant is an AI engineering and infrastructure company working with MENA enterprises. The people who run your workshop are the same team that builds and deploys AI systems, so when someone in the room asks whether something is actually possible on your stack, you get a straight answer.

What happens after you apply
A 2-minute application below. We read every one and come back within 1 business day.
We work out whether this fits your organization, and we scope format, team size and pricing with you.
Built for your teams, delivered by ours, on-site or remote depending on how you work.
Why you have to apply
We open 6 workshop spots a month. That is not a marketing tactic. Each workshop is scoped and delivered directly by our team, and 6 is what we can deliver at the standard we hold. When the month is full, your application rolls to the next one.
Before you apply
Both tracks exist. Leadership sessions focus on where AI creates leverage in your organization and how to resource it. Employee sessions are hands-on inside the tools your teams already use. We work out which one you need, and in what mix, on the fit call.
No. Sessions run in English and Arabic, whichever your teams need. Mixed rooms are normal for us and we adapt to them.
Either. We scope it to your setup, your locations, and how your teams actually work together.
A course teaches the same material to everyone who buys it. This is built around your tools, your infrastructure and your people's level, and it is delivered hands-on by the team that builds AI systems for a living. If a course was going to change how your teams work, it would have done it already.
Tool access is not transformation. Most organizations we meet already have the licences and still have people working around them. This is about how your organization works with AI rather than which subscription it holds.
It is scoped to your team size and format, so we share it on the fit call once we know what your workshop actually involves. We would rather quote you properly than put a number on a page that turns out to be wrong for you.
Because we only run 6 a month and each one is built from scratch for the organization taking it. The application tells us whether we can do that well for you before either of us spends time on a call.
Last thing
Keep buying tools your people work around, or build AI into how they already work.
Tell us where your organization actually stands and we will tell you straight whether this fits. If it does, we will send you a scheduling link. If it does not, you will still walk away knowing where you stand.
We review every application within 1 business day. If it's a fit, you'll get a scheduling link by email or WhatsApp.
Thanks, that's been added to your application.
